Whispering Pines Development is a family owned construction contractor that was established in 1988. Since then it has grown into the highly respected and reputable company that it is today. In 2009, we entered our second generation of ownership and operation under brother and sister, John Leonette and Kim Leonette. Whispering Pines Development prides itself in quality work and dependability, two essential elements in the construction industry.

Whispering Pines Development specializes in commercial and government contract work with a concentration in site work, utility work, drainage, concrete curbs and sidewalks and pipe bursting. Our core clientele for the past twenty years has been the United States Military Academy at West Point.
